Candidate-reported interview process

The HR team managing the process was based in China. After I passed the first round, I was expecting a second interview, but then I got the offer letter directly about a week later. The salary offered was lower than what I expected, and there was no room for negotiation. The benefits package mainly included standard leave days and minor perks, but details about insurance and medical coverage were unclear and listed as 'coming soon'.

The interview process was smooth. I spoke with two people, one senior BA and one junior BA. They asked me about my resume and tested my knowledge of basic BA concepts like use cases and PRDs.

The interview process for Avepoint was well organized and they gave specific details about the job. The hiring team was upfront about everything. I really liked how fast the interview process moved. They didn't waste any time.
