Aveo Oncology Interview Questions

I went through 3 rounds of interviews with department heads and stakeholders. The scheduling was very good, and HR kept me updated quickly. The interviewers were all friendly and welcoming, and the questions weren't tricky. The whole process felt fair and was well-paced.

The company seems to be trying to promote from within. It was a great interview overall. I met a lot of different people who told me about what they do at the company. The all-day onsite interview was super tiring, I'd suggest they change it up.

I had a few phone and in-person interviews with both the hiring manager and HR. The interviews were well-planned and conducted by the right people to assess my fit and competencies. However, the job title offered and the one initially discussed were different, and the compensation didn't match the original agreement. Despite the company being well-run, I felt there wasn't enough transparency, which created unrealistic expectations on both sides.
