Candidate-reported interview process

I had 4 rounds of interviews, but the whole process was extremely chaotic with interview times and dates constantly changing. I was pretty much told I had the job and they were just waiting to discuss salary with higher ups, but after my last interview I never heard back. It was super unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty quick. It included meeting with the interviewer and also getting a tour of the facility to see the work environment. They asked some basic interview questions and also inquired about my previous experience in healthcare.

Corporate reached out to see if I was interested in the position, then we scheduled an interview. When I got to the location, I spoke with the manager in that department. I did have to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time because the clinic was busy.
