Avenue One (NY) Interview Questions

I went through two interview rounds. They were both mostly about high-level design talks and digging deep into the projects I had on my resume. They also threw in a few simple behavioral and cultural fit questions.

Seven rounds of interviews it was unbearable. I did get the job, but in my opinion there does not need to be seven. A few months later, the company laid off hundreds of people.

The first interview was with a nice and friendly interviewer. We started with a resume walkthrough and discussed my relevant experience. No technical questions were asked in this initial round, but it seems like they're looking for someone with single-family rental experience.
