The hiring process started with online tests, then a group activity, and finally an interview! Everything was really smooth and the people were super relaxed throughout the entire selection process! The whole thing took about 2 weeks, and they were pretty quick with responses between each stage.

The process took a week and had three stages. First, a group activity where we had to introduce ourselves in English for two minutes. The HR ladies were nice and funny and made us feel comfortable. Then, we were split into groups to solve a case. The second stage was a one-on-one interview with HR, where she asked basic questions and asked for examples of when I received negative and positive feedback. The usual. The third stage was the technical interview, where I spoke with a senior engineer, who was also very cool. He asked me to explain projects and languages I had used before.

First, there was a presentation about the company and the position. Then, we were asked to give a personal presentation, preferably in English. After that, there was a case study, and finally, we had to create a job posting for a vacancy.
