The interview process started with an HR interview. Then there were two 30-minute rounds with the client: one focused on architecture and the other on live coding. The client interviews were quite tough considering the salary offered (which is a normal mid-level CLT salary). All interviews were conducted in English.
The initial process with HR was great, a good chat, very relaxed and simple, with some questions about career, stacks, projects done, etc. After the chat, I moved on to a Hackerrank, for which the deadline was also flexible and I could choose it myself, but even though I did well, they proceeded with another candidate.
The first interview was with HR, it was very light and chill, asking about my background and future goals. Then, the technical interview had questions related to the job description, which for my role included GraphQL and REST, so the questions were focused on that.
