Avention OneSource Solutions Interview Questions

Applied on-line. The internal talent acquisition team contacted me within 2 days to schedule a phone interview for the next day. Following that, I had an on-site interview the day after, and received an offer within 5 hours post-interview. I met with the Director, VP, and a potential peer. It was a really quick turnaround!

The interview process involved typical phone screenings first, then followed by on-site technical and behavioral interview sessions. The development team at the Austin office seemed very laid-back and friendly. From what I could tell, they are a skilled group of people, and while I did not receive an offer, I would still recommend applying to anyone qualified to work with them.

It was a standard phone interview with the hiring manager. Really nothing unusual, just a typical phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer was very nice, and the whole process felt completely normal.
