Avendra Interview Questions

It was a multi stage interview approach, starting with a semi formal online interview with basic questions, then moving to another in person interview with more specific questions in a formal setting.

It was a pretty simple process, they wanted to see my skills but it wasn't super technical. They asked about my past jobs, how I handle having too many things to do at once, and what kind of boss I like working with.

I was emailed after applying. The HR person said they were behind and wanted to hire fast but carefully. The emails and the phone interview were unprofessional. The interview jumped around with things the rep forgot to mention. I didn't get to ask questions. At the end, she said I wasn't a good fit and they had stronger applicants, but then said maybe she was wrong because she liked me and wanted me to apply for other jobs. She said I didn't have the experience, even though she saw my resume. I felt like we both wasted time because they seemed rushed to hire.
