When you get here, they'll greet you and then ask you some questions about yourself. After that, they'll send you for a drug test.
i got a call from adecco to schedule an interview with avella. they do a 1 on 1 interview and a tour to the facility, which helps me to get the idea of where and what i'll be doing. i got hired temporarily for 6 months till they hired me officially.
First there was a phone screen with the recruiter to go over my experience and qualifications. Then I had an in-person interview on-site with two of the pharmacy's management team. The staff were friendly. There was some miscommunication between the corporate office and the pharmacy about the scheduled interviews, so they were running a bit behind, but they were really polite and upfront about it. The interview lasted about half an hour; they looked at my resume and asked me questions about my job experience, why I wanted to leave my current job, my skills, how I deal with patients/customers, and how I handle multi-tasking.
