Candidate-reported interview process

I set up a virtual interview with the district manager. When we were scheduling, she mentioned that a store employee would call me to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was actually scheduled before the virtual one. It was okay, though the manager was running a bit late. We ended up walking around the mall to find a place to talk, which I didn't love because it wasn't private with shoppers around. After that, they said the district manager would reach out to discuss next steps for hiring me, not to have the virtual interview, which was a bit confusing the way they scheduled it.

The interview process was very smooth and straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and expectations were easy to understand. Overall, it felt simple and well-organized without any unexpected challenges or difficulties.

The interview process went very well. I arrived at the company headquarters for the job interview and was seated in a somewhat empty area, as many employees work remotely.
