So I had this video interview that was great, really positive experience. But the HR phone screening was a mess, rescheduled four times and then they just didn't call at the last time, totally ghosted me. Pretty unprofessional.
It was a really smooth and quick process! They had their own interview platform, and they were super responsive and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed the experience. Communication was fast before and after the interview, and I got my offer within a week.
The recruiter for AVB twice failed to show up for scheduled calls. The first time, they canceled last minute and asked me to write down answers to a bunch of questions instead. I wasn't willing to spend an hour on this task when the original call was only supposed to be 15-20 minutes, especially since interviews are a two-way street. They also asked my salary without providing a budgeted range, which is against the law in my state. The second time, after I requested and they agreed to reschedule, they never showed up and didn't even reply to my emails. It was very rude and unprofessional.
