The interview process was quite relaxed and friendly, making me feel at ease. I received a prompt response after the interviews.
So, the interview process began with the Management team, specifically a Director. After that, I had to chat with all the Account Managers from the Sales team I'd be supporting. Finally, I interviewed with the engineering manager I would report to. They asked a mix of technical and personality questions, reviewed my past history, and had a general chat to gauge my sales abilities.
The company was quick with responses. After I sent my resume, we exchanged some emails, and then a phone interview was scheduled. Following that, I had an on-site interview. The on-site part lasted 6 hours, and I met with 8 different people. Most of them were pretty normal, though some fit the quiet, nerdy tech stereotype.
