Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really good, excellent, and fun. It's a great place to work, and I'd recommend joining. They have the best work-life balance. I went through the college placement.

So basically there was a hiring manager round and then a technical interview. The technical part was pretty standard, like leetcode stuff, focusing on linked lists and also the fundamentals of coding like oops, os, dbms, and computer networks. The interviewer was great and the overall experience was good.

The interview process included multiple rounds, focusing on problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms. It began with an online assessment followed by technical interviews, where coding skills and domain knowledge were tested. The final round evaluated communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities through scenario-based questions.
