I'm still interviewing with Avaya, but I'm getting a bad feeling. They asked me to interview on the weekend, which is my personal time. I agreed because I thought I might like to work there, but now they're calling me on Sundays, which is also my personal time. The phone interview was casual, lasted about an hour, and covered my background and previous telecom experience. I have more interviews and a drug test coming up. While it could mean they're eager to hire, I don't want to work 24/7; I'm okay with hard work, but not indentured servitude.
first a phone meeting then a meeting with the country manager and after that a second meeting with the human resources, and at the end a last meeting with the European sales manager.
This was a 3-part interview. We started with a Skype interview and then moved into in-person interviews. All of this happened after I submitted my resume and talked with recruiters online via LinkedIn and other social media sites.
