The interview process includes four rounds: General, Technical, HR, Hiring Manager, and Leadership. Each round evaluates various skills and competencies, ensuring a comprehensive assessment for selecting the most suitable candidate for the role.
I had 2 phone interviews and then 1 face-to-face interview with the senior director.
First up was a phone call, basically just going over my resume again. Then I had a chat with the manager about my past work and achievements. After that, it was a get-to-know-you type of interview with the Senior Manager, and then another similar one with the Director. It felt like the decision was already made by that point, and they just needed the higher-ups to sign off.
