So first there was this written test, which had like, quantitative stuff and also some technical questions about Networking, Data Communications, and Computer Organization. After that, I had a technical interview where they really dug into Networking and Data Communications, and also asked a bit about my project and software I'm familiar with. The last part was a HR interview, mainly to check if I'm credible and genuinely interested in the role, and to see if I could commit to the company.
The interview process started with a written test that covered basic aptitude, networking, oops, and Linux. I found it quite easy and passed. The second round was with two HRs who assessed my communication skills and asked about how I've handled basic problems, focusing on my behavior and reactions in different situations. Although I felt I did well, I'm unsure why I was shortlisted. The third round was a technical interview.
The selection process had two phases: aptitude and a technical interview. The first phase was an MCQ with 30 aptitude and 30 technical questions. After a shortlist, they conducted a personal interview one-to-one where they asked programming-related questions and asked to write a program.
