The process was quick. First, there was an informal chat, followed by a technical interview. I got an offer pretty soon after, which was awesome. The questions weren't too tough, and I mostly talked about my past experiences.
The interview process included an aptitude and technical round, followed by two in-person technical rounds with basic questions. Finally, there was an HR round. It was a pretty decent process overall.
I applied for this automation lead role via an internal referral. The interview process was face-to-face and spanned from 10 AM to 4 PM, consisting of four rounds. The first round focused on automation, specifically framework design and its associated considerations. The second round delved into networking domains, covering technologies like MPLS, BGP, and OSPF. The third round was about WLAN and wireless networking. Finally, I met with the engineering manager, who outlined the job's expectations and the nature of the work.
