It was a four round of interview, 1. Initial screening, 2. Technical screening, 3. Interview with VP of professional services & 4. HR interview. For my skill, I found the questions were relevant and most of the it answered and the panel was very good,
The interview process wasn't too complicated. I had a phone interview scheduled by the recruiter. It was actually a really friendly and relaxed interview. A few days after, I was asked to do a Personality Quiz, which I think was a big factor in getting hired at Avaya.
It was a pretty standard interview process over the phone. First, I spoke with the manager, and then I interviewed with a couple of people who would be my teammates. They mostly asked about my technical skills, my experience with certain platforms, and the different industries I'd worked in for projects. They also asked about my work-life balance expectations and the usual question about why I left my previous job. Overall, it wasn't too tough.
