Candidate-reported interview process

SparkCognition's Software Engineer interviews usually start with a screening, then some technical tests and coding challenges. After that, there are multiple interview rounds covering data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and your experience. The first round was an aptitude and coding test. 30 students were shortlisted for the second round, which was a one-on-one interview.

We started with a phone call, then a technical interview, followed by a system design round, and then a behavioral round. Finally, I interviewed with the CTO.

I went through about 6 hours of interviews over 3 weeks, including technical and leadership interviews. I never heard back after finishing the process.
