The interview process was well-organized and transparent. There were multiple rounds that focused on technical knowledge, problem-solving, and real-life project scenarios. The interviewers were professional and approachable. They encouraged discussion and clearly explained expectations, timelines, and next steps. This made the overall experience positive and engaging.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First was a screening call with HR, then a 1-hour interview with a team leader, followed by a 1-hour interview with the director, and finally an assessment round.
It was a really fast process, with 3 interviews total. One was a case study, another was with the VP, and the last one was a phone call. Everything happened within a week. They extended an offer the day after the final interview. Super quick process.
