I applied and then a recruiter named Amanda reached out a few days later. She was really nice and helpful on the call, we talked through my background and I got to learn more about what the job is like day-to-day. After that, I met with the hiring manager and some other people from the operations team. Everything felt like a good match and I got an offer about two weeks later. Amanda kept in touch a lot to make sure I felt ready and had any questions answered. It was a really quick and good experience overall.

They responded quickly after I sent in my resume. The whole process involved 3 interviews: a phone interview and then 2 video interviews with different regional/area managers. Scheduling each interview was fast and easy. I really liked not having to wait too long between interviews. The entire process was completed in about a week. I also appreciated that every interview started and finished on time. Waiting for the decision took a bit longer, but they were very considerate and kept me updated throughout, so I never felt forgotten. The whole interview experience was enjoyable and they were very professional and considerate.
