Avante Partners Interview Questions

The interview process was great. I had a Zoom meeting where we discussed my experiences and goals, and I learned a lot about the role and the company. All interviews were conducted via Zoom. I also had a phone call with Melissa, who was awesome.

The interview process was pretty easy overall, though after three rounds they ghosted me and didn't respond to calls or emails. It's disappointing because after going through that many rounds, I'd at least expect an update if the job was filled.

There were three interviews total. The first one was a take-home interview using HireView, which had forward questions with multiple takes allowed. The second interview was a one-hour Zoom call with an employee. The final interview was a fifteen-minute Zoom call with the founder.
