It was a chill interview process with engineers. We had two rounds in a week, mostly behavioral, where they asked about my resume and projects I worked on and how I'd fit within the company.
The interview process had a few stages. The main hiring manager was really tough and made me feel bad, though other managers I spoke with were fine. It was hard to get updates because communication was so bad, and I'd wait weeks to hear back.
The recruiter handled most of the questioning during the initial phone screen, focusing on specific achievements and past experiences. I was a bit let down by the process because the job was advertised for two cities, but then I found out that the majority of the accounts are actually located in the other city, which is not where I live. They then asked how I would manage that situation. It seems odd to me to list a city if you're not actually looking for candidates from there.
