AVANIR Pharmaceuticals Interview Questions

I had an interview with the new-hire manager. He seemed really uninterested. He even questioned my sales process and how I made sales at my last job, even though I was a top performer there. I didn't even bother to follow up.

The process was pretty disorganized. I talked to a few managers who were at the same level. They didn't share much about benefits, except for the 401(k). They initially said the interviews would take two weeks, then it got pushed to four, and finally six weeks for the last interviews. The hiring manager told me multiple times they'd get back to me, but then both the hiring manager and HR just ghosted me.

The interview process was quite straightforward, although I never heard back from them. The job description seemed to align with the role, but it didn't encompass everything they were seeking.
