So the whole process had a few steps. First, an HR person gave me a call to check my background, see when I could start, and if I was interested. Then, I had a technical interview where they asked about manual testing, making test cases, and tracking bugs. After that, there was a hands-on part where I had to do some stuff with test scenarios and log bugs. The last interview was with the manager, and we talked about my past projects, how I communicate, and how I handle problems in production or urgent issues. Finally, I got feedback and an offer from HR.
I was initially contacted by the HR department and went through a phone interview. After that, they set up a one-on-one meeting for me at the local facility. It was about a 30-minute interview with HR.
Met with the director of HR first at the main office. Then had a follow up interview with the store manager at the store I applied to. There was a long questionnaire with personality and sales technique questions. The interviewer was very casually dressed, and the whole process was pretty easy and low key.
