This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. They clearly communicated the process upfront: an initial screener, followed by two interview rounds, and then the final decision. They also gave an estimate of 2-3 weeks for the whole thing, and they met that timeline. All the interviews went well, and I really appreciated knowing the number of rounds and the overall duration from the start.

I applied and had a recruiter screen within a week. Then, there were two more interviews, one with leadership and another with peers. The recruiter was great about keeping me updated, which is rare. The whole process from applying to offer took about 5-6 weeks, a bit on the slow side.

It was a 2 stage process. First, I had a conversation with the hiring manager. Then, I gave a presentation to the project and account director. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, and I found out I got the job the next day.
