Avalere Health Associate interviews, decoded.

Had a nice first chat with the recruiter and then another good first interview, but then got ghosted. I thought things were going super well and then heard nothing back even after I emailed them several times.

The HR interaction was a bit strange. They were really pushing to get me on a call with the hiring manager quickly and asked about my availability for the next week, but then they just stopped responding. After about three weeks, HR reached out again and set up an interview with the hiring manager. Then, ghosted again. The interview itself was weird too. The hiring manager didn't ask me any questions and just opened the floor for my questions. When I followed up, they said I'd hear back the next week... and then ghosted me again. It feels like they don't value candidates' time and are out of touch with the industry and the role.

The hiring process involved an initial chat with HR, then a follow-up call with more senior associates. It all wrapped up in about a month. HR was super helpful the whole way.
