You'll chat with the managers and supervisors who are hiring for the role. Definitely look into the company and the specific department you're interviewing for. Ask them about what you'll actually be doing day-to-day. Also, go over the job description again and be ready to discuss salary and benefits.
The interview process involved a 1st round screening, followed by a 2nd round aptitude test. The cognitive part of the aptitude test was really great. The personality development test has no right or wrong answers, but since it was machine-based, you need to select across the range (my personal tip). I wasn't aware of such judgments being made in PD until now and it led to my failure. It feels unfair as I find myself fit for the role, but I lost this opportunity due to lack of guidance.
The hiring process was pretty unclear. It seemed like they weren't upfront about what they were looking for and were kind of just hiring anyone who applied. Basically, if you seemed like a decent fit even a little bit, they'd hire you.
