After the aptitude test, there were 2 rounds. It was a great experience in both rounds, and the interviewers asked good questions relevant to the role and were very professional. I could answer most questions and the interviewers seemed impressed. However, I never got feedback from the recruiter even after following up. The only feedback was that I am still being considered and they will let me know. Instead of keeping candidates hanging for weeks, they should clearly state yes or no. Their recruitment team needs training on professional behavior and clear communication.
