They ask questions and keep it light. You need to do your homework and know about the company - which is standard. The interview process was easy for a larger company on the initial phases.
First, I had a 30-minute call with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with a sales director for 30 minutes. The next stage involved two 30-minute calls with two different sales managers, where one of them seemed to ask predetermined questions.
It was a 4 interview process. First was with recruiter, then interviewed with the director, then with 3 managers, followed up with a role play with all the managers. Overall process took around 3 weeks.
