The first interview went really well and the recruiter let me know I was a top candidate and would be moved to the next round. Then, the following week, I got a standard email saying they appreciated my application. It felt pretty unprofessional.
So the interviews start with a screening call, then there are three more interviews that cover your technical skills, your behavioral skills, and whether you'd be a good cultural fit. The interviews were with different people from the company, so you meet a bunch of different teams.
This was an awesome interview. Everyone I met was super welcoming and they have a great, fun, startup culture. I had two calls with the hiring manager, then an interview day with a case study and four behavioral interviews with different team members like founders, other PMs, and design. They even sent me a snack box as a thank you. It was honestly the nicest interview process I've ever been through.
