It was a quick, standard interview. They asked about my reasons for leaving my current job and my interest in the applied position. I was told about two tests required to become a licensed practitioner.
Went through 5 interviews. Phone, DM, current Audiologist, DM, Regional Manager. After all that no call or email. Attempted to follow up multiple times, no response. I drove 3 hours each way to interview with RM and I don’t even get an email “Thanks, but no thanks.”? Very unprofessional.
Hired super fast within a week. The whole process took about two weeks from when I got the call. I did get calls from other places that I maybe should have gone with. The training wasn't great, they just threw me into the work without really showing me what to do.
