Candidate-reported interview process

I talked to the Store Manager. They asked about my work background and my knowledge of cars and car parts. The manager also gave me a tour of the store and the employee-only back area.

I came in with my resume and application, and then had an interview in the back room. They asked about my background in automotive work, which I mostly picked up from working on my own. I ended up getting hired.

I sat down with a manager in the backroom, and we talked about how to run the store and basic car parts knowledge. After about 10 minutes, he basically asked if I wanted the job. I then asked about the pay, which I think was $12/hr.
