The interview process with Autorabit was straightforward and felt more like conversations. I went through 4 rounds. They only sent a standard rejection email, no call or explanation. It felt like there was zero respect for candidates, which is unfortunately standard these days.
The process kicked off with a coding test that was approximately an hour long. Candidates had to solve the problems and submit them before the time expired. If you require more time to deliberate and grasp the questions, it might feel a bit rushed; otherwise, it's generally manageable.
first we had two online coding rounds, then we had to go to the company for an aptitude and a coding round at their office, followed by a technical interview and an hr interview.
