Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt like a conversation. They talked about my background and past work experience. There were 2 interview rounds, and each was with an employee and a manager. They focused on technical stuff and how I work with others.

The interview process was pretty well-structured and thoughtfully executed. First, there was a recruiter screening which was engaging and informative. Then, a discussion with the technical lead, and the final round was with senior executives. Everyone I met was professional, transparent, and enthusiastic. ASI seems to foster strong leadership and deliver high-quality products, and the growth opportunities were clear. It's a fantastic organization, and I might regret not taking the job.

So, the whole thing kicked off with a quick phone chat where they wanted to know about my background, my tech skills, and what projects I've worked on. After that, I got called in for a technical chat with a bunch of engineers. They hit me with questions on circuit design, how to figure out faults, safety rules, and then some tricky situations you might run into with electrical stuff. To wrap it up, I chatted with the hiring manager, and that was more about how I play with others, communicate, and deal with actual problems when I'm on the job.
