Automotive Lighting, s.r.o. Interview Questions

Got an email invitation. Had a 1.5-hour pretty unstructured talk. After being accepted, I traveled to Reutlingen. Since I was about 30 mins early, I had to wait, but it was almost an hour. The waiting area was right in front of the reception, so it was loud. The interview took place in the department manager's office. I had to walk through the entire open-plan office and was eyed by other employees, as it was probably clear it was an interview.

They reached out by phone. The process was pretty good, they asked if I was interested in continuing, and about my past experiences. They also inquired about salary, explained benefits, and detailed the job responsibilities. It was a standard process.

I found out about this opportunity through a career day organized by the University of Padua. After that, the HR manager contacted me and arranged an introductory meeting at their Tolmezzo (UD) office.
