Standard round robin interview process. Met with multiple people to gauge company fit. Involved both phone and video calls, spread over a few days.
I had 3 separate interviews. My first was a phone screen. The second was with the hiring manager. The final interview was a panel interview with the executive management team.
The interview process was multi stepped and drawn out over a couple of months. As the interviews progressed, I was lead to believe that I had the position but then they stopped communicating with me altogether. I obviously didn't get the job but they did not even communicate that with me and in the process, I turned down another position with another company because I was under the impression that AFC was going to hire me. Very unprofessional.
