It was a very long selection process, with a total of 4 interviews. Two interviews were with the agency, and two were with internal staff. The atmosphere was always cordial and relaxed. The questions weren't overly complex; in fact, I felt quite comfortable.
It was a very long and disorganized process. They seemed in a huge hurry to interview me at first, but then there were three interviews spaced out over many weeks with no feedback or info in between. The technical interview was very specific to a real-world case. They weren't evaluating my reasoning, but my knowledge of very niche, specific data and values from a sector I didn't have experience in. I don't see the point, given my background. Then they just disappeared.
The interview process at Lamborghini has three main stages. First, there's a 45-minute Teams call with HR to discuss your career path, motivations, and soft skills. If that goes well, you have a second, one-hour remote interview with an HR Business Partner, which is more in-depth with detailed experience questions, language tests, and practical scenarios to check your problem-solving and adaptability. Finally, there's a short 20-30 minute in-person meeting with the hiring manager to confirm team fit and discuss expectations and availability. Overall, it's a moderately challenging but straightforward process, balancing technical assessment, motivation, and cultural fit.
