Candidate-reported interview process

I gained a lot from this interview with a really skilled interviewer. The interview was run really well and was great. I could answer the direct and focused questions they threw at me. They asked me about my tech stack, people management, time management, and a bunch more.

I applied through an agency and had an initial screening call with HR where they asked general questions. Then, there were three levels of interviews: first, an initial technical interview, second, another technical interview, and finally, a management interview.

The interview process was smooth. Four technical rounds were followed by a round by HR. One interview was scheduled per week, and the process closed in about a month, with just a few days less. The interviewees had sound and in-depth knowledge.
