Candidate-reported interview process

It was 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, covering programming languages and coding. The second round was with the manager, and they asked questions specific to the role. The third round was an HR behavioral question. None of the rounds were too difficult; if you prepare well, you can answer everything and get the offer.

They asked me about Design Patterns, Global Exceptions handler, Java in detail and a basic introduction about my current experience. You need to prepare well for the Java coding round. The hard coding round they generally test your coding experience and your depth in Java concepts and fundamentals.

This was a .NET, automation, and robotics focused interview process. They asked about my experience in these areas. It covered .NET, C#, ASP.NET, automation, robotics, RPA, UIPATH, BluePrism, programming, coding, algorithms, debugging, architecture, design, frameworks, testing, troubleshooting, general experience, background, portfolio, projects, Scrum, Agile, interpersonal skills, communication, problem-solving, logic, motivation, teamwork, and overall fit.
