Automation Anywhere Account Manager interviews, decoded.

I had an email exchange with the HR recruiter, Reeta, and then prepared for an interview with the line manager and the Sales VP. The HR person was supposed to get back to me with an update within 2 weeks maximum, but it took around 3-4 months, which I discovered due to current circumstances with Kovid-19. I would like to keep the person updated by HR during the hiring process, whether they accepted or declined.

It took a week to get through 4 rounds and I got an offer in the second week. They gave feedback pretty quickly and it was organized. HR talked to me about what they could offer me over time and how the company is growing.

The interview process was quick and efficient, and it was handled very professionally. They stuck to the timelines, and used technology where it made sense. The speed was really impressive. They really wanted to dive deep into my past experience, which was a major part of the interview.
