The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an online cognitive test (CCAT). Then there was a technical phone interview with the Hiring manager. After that, an at-home programming evaluation was given. It concluded with an on-site interview, and finally an offer. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the programming evaluation, as they are looking for candidates who can produce code efficiently.
The hiring process was pretty quick and easy, taking about three weeks from the first interview to when the offer was finalized. It started with a screening call with the recruiter, followed by a second screening call with the director of the team I'd be joining. Then, there were in-person interviews with everyone on the team and also with quite a few executives, totaling about eight people.
Applied and the next day I heard back from Taylor the recruiter, who was super friendly. We talked about my experience and then I had to do a cognitive and personality test. A few days after that, I was told I didn't make the cut because I didn't score high enough on the tests, even though I'm pretty sure I'm qualified and had references backing me up. I'm not totally against these tests, but I do wish I could have spoken to the hiring manager. No hard feelings though, Automated Insights seems like a great company and I wish them the best.
