Candidate-reported interview process

It starts with a screening chat with HR, then one with the hiring manager, and after that, you'll get an assessment to complete within a specific timeframe. Pretty simple, really, shouldn't be a big deal.

The interview was pretty basic and kind of boring. It felt really scripted, and I wasn't sure I had the recruiter's full attention, but she did answer all my questions.

The interview process included a 30-min call with the recruiter where standard product questions were asked. Then a call with the Hiring Manager focusing on situational questions and cultural fit. This was followed by a call with two product colleagues, also with situational questions. The case study presentation, which was supposed to be the final step, lasted an hour. Unexpectedly, a new final interview was scheduled with someone who attended the case study. This interview went well, and I was given extra time for questions. After hearing nothing for a few days despite following up, I received a generic rejection message.
