After an initial (very uncomfortable and strange) online interview with a woman, I was invited to a meeting with another employee on-site, where the cars are repaired, restored, and photographed. The employee who conducted the interview was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and seemed very natural. He introduced me to the place and the people, described the typical daily routine, and explained my tasks. He asked me a few questions about myself, but nothing really difficult or unexpected. Apart from the online interview, it was a very pleasant experience.
The interview was pleasant and easy, and the person conducting it was very friendly. She was very clear about the working conditions and answered all my questions with complete clarity. The second interview was super quick, just the next day via video call, to better define conditions and to put a face to the name. They were also very understanding about the notice period.
The interview overall went really well. It felt good and respectful. The people I talked to were really nice, and we had a good back-and-forth discussion. The questions they asked were fair and led to a good conversation. All in all, it left a great impression.
