The interview was short but with many people. The startup culture expects employees to be experts in their roles to help the company succeed. Because of this, the interview felt very direct and to the point.
The first interview was a quick phone screening. Then, I had a really long, 2.5 hour in-person interview. It was pretty brutal because I met with 6 different people. Only one of them seemed to know what the job was actually about, the others just had their own ideas. I found out about a month later that I didn't get the job.
My current company heard about my application to AG. I let the recruiter know about this very uncomfortable situation but was told she only told one person on the day of my interview. However, I found out my application was revealed through a group chat at least a day before my interview.
