Candidate-reported interview process

We had some typical questions, talked about my past roles, and went over the company and what they expect in the role. I interviewed with 3 people, ranging from management to executive management. It all took about 2-3 weeks. All the interviews were done over Zoom.

I applied online through LinkedIn, and then got an email to set up a call with a recruiter. After talking with the recruiter, I had a Teams meeting with 3 managers from AutoFi. The interview had one question, and then it was finished. Mostly, we discussed why I left past jobs and whether I was familiar with using AutoFi.

There were four rounds in total. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, a senior team member, and finally the head of the department. After all the interviews were done, I was asked to do a behavioral assessment. It was super weird and felt contradictory. I sent thank you and follow-up emails, but then got ghosted for weeks before a generic rejection email. My advice to them: when you say you'll get back to someone and then don't, it's a bad look. I could understand if it was early in the process, but going all the way to the end and being ignored is unprofessional.
