interviews and scheduling were consistently delayed. there was no clarity on who would follow up and when, and i was handed off multiple times. the recruiter was really nice though and gave clear instructions.
It was a three stage process. Started with a phone call, then a formal interview, then a 3 hour in depth interview with different team members. Overall it went well, I had great conversations with all parties. It felt mostly casual, as they wanted to know my UX thought and work process.
So, first we had a chat with the hiring manager, then I had to do a design challenge. After that, it was an onsite panel interview where they reviewed my design challenges, and on that same day, there was also a quick design quiz. Finally, there was an hr interview for some general questions.
