I reached out internally to a QA team and had an interview based on my Javascript skills, logical problem solving, and the 6 months of internship experience I have there. There were two interview rounds: the first was a technical round, and the last one was an HM round taken by the Hiring Manager himself.
The interview process starts with a managerial round and goes into technical rounds. There were 2 technical rounds in total, then a managerial round, and finally a higher managerial round. Overall, it was a good experience, and the interviewer had high expectations on dsa and internal workings of basic functionalities.
So first, I had like this one hr phone screen, then went on to have one hiring manager interview. But, like, I didn't pass the second one, my background wasn't really a good fit for this position. If I had passed that second round, there would have been one more technical interview to go through.
