Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3 step interview. First, HR, did a simple job and culture fit check. Then, an interview with a senior team member, and finally a manager. they also gave me a take home exercise on step 2 to check my industry and support knowledge.

so the interview thing was pretty organized but it took a while you know like there was a few chats it started with the recruiter then i talked to the hiring manager and some folks on the team and then after that i had more chats with like upper management folks.

I interviewed with the Atlanta office and I thought things were going well based on the positive feedback that I received after each interview. I was told by Monica what my next steps were, so when I received the latest email from Autodesk, I assumed it was to schedule the assessment that I was told to expect, but unfortunately it was a rejection email. This process was a massive waste of time and effort. I would just suggest not stringing future candidates along with lies.
