Set up for Friday afternoon, but the hiring manager was late and seemed checked out. Barely engaged, asked stuff already covered in prior chats. Didn't check my LinkedIn or CV. Got dinged on industry-specific Autodesk stuff, which is fair, but bummed given the interviewer barely knew my name. The HM was a decade+ employee, and the job went to someone internal as a promotion, so I'm guessing they weren't serious about looking outside anyway.
Had a call with HR and then met the Hiring manager and then the regional manager. 3 calls in total all friendly and easy to talk with. Basically, discuss your background and motivation for the role.
Started with 2 steps with Hr, then met the Hiring manager and did a Role Play. It was a fair process and quite fast, took about 20 days to get to the offer. All well explained.
